"I don't have time to exercise" is the most comment lament and reason that people don't work out.

I hear you, and I know your frustration. Yet, with 24 hours a day, seven days a week and many things to prioritize, it's imperative that we find time to nurture and strengthen our bodies and spirit.

Most people think an exercise session needs to be an hour long, and that can be a detriment when time is at a premium. Here's the good news - it doesn't!  Most experts today agree that short bouts of intense exercise can actually deliver better results than traditional, low-intensity exercise.

So what do you do? You don't have time to get to the gym but you want to take steps to improve your level of fitness (and with that, confidence).

Well, with a very small investment of time, space and cash, you can do a well-rounded program yourself, right in your own home.

Body weight training is one of the best methods there is to develop strength and definition, and all you need is a little motivation, a stability ball, and a set of dumbbells.

If you can devote 10-15 minutes a day, you can make significant changes in your body when you commit to really moving and exercising with proper form.

Push-ups, crunches, dips, lunges, squats, and  jump rope linked together, while alternating upper and lower body work will get your heart rate pumping for great cardio benefits. Using the dumbbells as additional resistance for the squats and lunges will help with the sculpting effect.

Believe me, I know the challenge of juggling many 'balls in the air", but the fact is, we make choices every day.
