EAT CLEAN MAGIC!
Everyone wants to lose weight and get in shape, YESTERDAY! Restrictive dieting practices, however, never promise anything but short-term results. That is why people keep falling into the same old yo-yo diet trap. They lose several pounds in one week, and in no less than a month they're heavier than ever. At the age of 40 I finally got up off the couch and made some healthy changes. I got out of a horrible, abusive marriage of seventeen years. The only positive aspects of that marriage were that I had three unique and precious daughters and that I became a survivor. I went back to school, lost over 70 pounds of fat and found the "me" that was always there, although hidden under those pounds. You may be wondering how I lost so much weight. I was married for 17 years to a man I never should have married. Yes, he helped me create three beautiful, smart, wonderful daughters, but in truth he made me feel like I was worthless.
