A Day at the Beach -Pack a picnic instead of eating at the snack bar -Stock your cooler with water, fruits and vegetables -Bring Lean proteins, like yogurt, low-fat string cheese, and bean salad along
Vacation Week -Plan some form of physical activity most days -Order grilled fish with steamed vegetables and a baked potato at most dinners -Always eat a breakfast with a lean protein, whole grain and fruit No Matter What!!
